Sarah Dines, Managing Director

Sarah joined Antenna in 2002 as Business Development Director, North America. She secured the industry’s first exclusive downloadable audio distribution partnership for Antenna with Audible.com, and forged agreements with mobile phone platform providers. In 2006, Sarah was promoted to VP New Product Development for Discovery Travel Media and led Travel Channel's location-based content initiatives. Earlier, Sarah held business development positions in online media, and worked as an officer at the Australian Embassy and the Australian Consulate-General. Dines holds a BA in Communications from the University of South Australia, Magill and has completed graduate studies in finance, law and international trade.

Chris Tellis, Founder

Chris founded Antenna Audio in 1986 and was responsible for developing the original hardware and production techniques that have established Antenna Audio as the leader in the field of museum and historic site audio tours. He has guided the evolution of Antenna Audio from a small team of audio artists to the leading audio interpretation business worldwide.

Chris consults frequently to museums and other non-profit educational institutions on visitor services and education programs, and has lectured extensively on audio interpretation and technology. He holds a B.S. in Administrative Science from Yale University.

Ginny Walters, VP Creative

Ginny oversees Antenna Audio’s creative department. She has been developing educational and entertainment content since 1984, working as creative director and executive producer at Brøderbund Software, The Learning Company, Mattel Interactive, and the Houghton-Mifflin Riverdeep group. A Vietnam-era veteran of the US Army, she has also produced motion picture special effects for Kevin Costner, Disney, New Line Cinema, Hollywood Pictures and Fox; earned a video production certificate from the Bay Area Video Coalition; pursued graduate studies in Communication/Digital Media; and authored Well Aged: Dining with Dignity.

Gary Pound, CTO and Regional Manager, Thailand

Gary Pound heads the technical team and is responsible for the design, manufacturing and allocation of all audio tour equipment, as well as installation and technical staffing. Under Gary’s leadership, Antenna’s technology has won numerous awards, including the 2005 Queen’s Award for Excellence. Before joining Antenna Audio in 2000, he was Managing Director of The British Ceramic Service Company, having served over 18 years in operations, production and sales and marketing. Gary has considerable international experience in all managerial disciplines, and has created subsidiary companies in Thailand and the United States from which multimillion-dollar contracts have ultimately been completed.

Christopher Bazley, Managing Director, Emerging Markets

Chris is responsible for Antenna’s expansion into Asia, Eastern Europe, the Middle East, Israel and South Africa. Chris joined Antenna Audio as Head of Business Development for the UK in 2001 and doubled the number of clients. In 2004 he expanded his role to source and implement ‘best practice’ in business development across all of Antenna’s European operations. In 2005, Chris moved to the US, where he opened the company’s first permanent presence in Chicago. In 2006 he commenced the biggest expansion in Antenna Audio’s recent history, into Latin America (Brazil, Peru, Chile) and South East Asia (Bangkok and Singapore).

Rémi Carlioz, Managing Director, Southern Europe; Marketing and Communications Director

Rémi Carlioz oversees Antenna Audio’s operations in southern Europe and France. He joined the company in 2006 with an extensive background in audio-based production and entertainment: he was executive producer of the U.S.-based walking tour company, Soundwalk, and managing director of Vitaminic’s peoplesound in France, as well as Chairman of the Board for FranceMP3. Earlier, Carlioz worked at the Benchmark Group, where he was a senior analyst, and served as CEO for the iconic photographic Studio Harcourt. Rémi has a degree in Chinese from the University of Paris VII and in Political Science from the IEP Grand École in Toulouse.

Clare Cooper-Hammond, Managing Director, United Kingdom and Ireland

Clare manages Antenna Audio’s operations and development throughout the United Kingdom and Ireland. She joined the Client Services Department in 2002 and assumed responsibility for management of its UK team in 2003. Clare has particular interest in audience development, access solutions and emerging technologies. Prior to joining Antenna, Clare was a Corporate Art Consultant for blue chip organizations such as Prudential, P&O, Accenture, Scottish Equitable, Schroder Investment Management and Diageo. Earlier, Clare worked for Scotsman Publications, Sunday Business and the Cancer Research Campaign. Cooper-Hammond holds a BA (Hons) in Fine Art Valuation and a Masters in Heritage Business Management.

Rosemarie Wirthmueller, Managing Director of Europe North West

Rosemarie founded Antenna’s subsidiary in Germany in 1998. Ever since she has been a member of the worldwide management team of Antenna Audio and Managing Director of Antenna Audio GmbH in Berlin, responsible for Germany, Austria and Switzerland, and now Benelux and Scandinavia. Rosemarie has more than 15 years’ experience in the audio interpretation industry. She manages a large team of creative, retail operations, tech and account managers and oversees the countries Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Benelux and Scandinavia. She secured market leadership in Germany, while also developing the Antenna Audio brand globally. Rosemarie holds a Master’s Degree in German Literature and Theatre Science from Freie Universität Berlin.
