Listen to "The King" as You've Never Heard Him Before: With His Own Stepbrother!

Antenna Audio has launched its exciting new collaboration with The Beatles Story ñ the audio accompaniment to their fascinating new exhibition: The Fingerprints of Elvis. Opened on the 14th June 2003, the exhibition profiles Elvis Presleyís enormous influence on the emergence of The Beatles and the whole Merseybeat scene.

For the first time in the United Kingdom, visitors will be able to come into close contact with some of the most precious and personal artefacts of ëThe Kingí. His treasured Harley Davidson, his jewellery; even his karate belts are on display. These extraordinary exhibits, including the only known fingerprints ever made of him, took over 25 years to collect.

The audio guide is included in the cost of the admission tickets and is available to all visitors. It is narrated by none other than David Stanley, Elvisís stepbrother, who lived with him for 15 years and was with him the night he died. An often moving, direct account of the life of Elvis, the audio tour contains reminiscences from David that literally bring to life the exhibits. As David himself said: "these artefacts give a phenomenal and wonderful sense of the real Elvis, and the impact he had on society and music in the 20th Century. For me it was like going back home to Graceland."

Antenna Audio is delighted to be working with The Beatles Story on this exciting project, and will be launching the audio tour for The Beatles Story itself in the next couple of months. The Beatles Story has just been awarded Merseysideís Visitor Attraction of The Year for 2003. This new relationship is especially poignant, coming as it does in the same month that Liverpool was awarded the status of European Capital of Culture 2008.
