Site Manager, London

Full time, permanent position available

About the position:

This role is responsible for all aspects of on-site operations, including maintaining client service levels and management of site staff.

Key duties include:

  • Continually motivate and manage staff to deliver Customer Service.
  • Recruit, develop, train and carry out all aspects of performance management so that staff can deliver excellent service based on agreed service levels.
  • Establish, develop and maintain strong, positive professional working relationships with the client as primary point of client contact.
  • Ensure that staffing and expenditure levels reflect the needs of the business at all times and are within budgetary constraints.
  • Assume overall responsibility for player inventory on-site.
  • Report on and present Key Performance Indicators
  • Ensure that internal communications are facilitated and maintained.

The ideal candidate will have the following characteristics, education, experience and training:

  • Proven retail and/or sales management experience
  • Educated to degree level or equivalent
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • English speaker
