This role is responsible for all aspects of on-site operations, including maintaining client service levels and management of site staff.
Key duties include:
Continually motivate and manage staff to deliver Customer Service.
Recruit, develop, train and carry out all aspects of performance management so that staff can deliver excellent service based on agreed service levels.
Establish, develop and maintain strong, positive professional working relationships with the client as primary point of client contact.
Ensure that staffing and expenditure levels reflect the needs of the business at all times and are within budgetary constraints.
Assume overall responsibility for player inventory on-site.
Report on and present Key Performance Indicators
Ensure that internal communications are facilitated and maintained.
The ideal candidate will have the following characteristics, education, experience and training:
Proven retail and/or sales management experience
Educated to degree level or equivalent
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
