Antenna Audio and the Museo di Santa Giulia Provide Unique Glimpse into Van Gogh in Brescia, Italy

At the Museo di Santa Giulia in Brescia, see Van Gogh as you've never seen him before. Visitors have the rare opportunity to trace Van Gogh's development as an artist, from his earliest drawings, rarely seen in public, to the extraordinarily vibrant paintings made at the height of his short career. The exhibition runs until 8 February and includes 100 of Van Gogh’s drawings and 10 of his most important paintings, all on loan from Kröller-Müller Museum in Otterlo.

Antenna Audio has produced two audio guides for the exhibition. For adults, an interview-based tour casts a light on Van Gogh’s development and inspirations through interview clips from exhibition curator Marco Goldin, and Liz Kreijn from the Kröller-Müller Museum. The tour also includes excerpts from the artist’s letters, and is available in both Italian and English. For children, an engaging tour narrated by Van Gogh's brother Theo leads younger visitors on a hunt for the artist- from Holland to Paris and the South of France, meeting various characters from his brother’s paintings along the way
