Oversee and manage the production process from writing the creative treatment and script through to the final delivery
Manage internal and external teams to respond creatively to the client brief
Work within budget and to schedule, ensuring consistently high quality
Act as main point of contact and liaison between Antenna Audio and clients throughout the production process
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the development and implementation of audio and multimedia projects
Build and maintain client relationships
Proactively collaborate with Sales, Client Services and Technology departments to develop new creative proposals, treatments and products
Ensure quality control from the Creative Team by providing editorial support for Creative Managers
Assign external writers to projects and source new writers
Source local freelance talent to ensure there is a pool of trusted external skills available. Develop and implement training programmes for external talent.
Proactively manage and train direct reports. Coach them to deliver projects to time, budget and quality.
Position Requirements:
Proven track record in:
Developing creative and innovative approaches to writing for audio and multimedia
Managing complex, multiple projects to tight deadlines and within budget. Delivering projects as part of a multi disciplined/cross functional team.
Developing/shaping original content;
Original and creative thinking;
Managing both client and internal relationships;
Ability to lead and manage a geographically dispersed team
Demonstrate:
the ability to deal with the creative challenges and improve production processes;
scrupulous attention to detail whilst retaining a view of the bigger picture;
sensitivity to cultural and linguistic differences as this role involves supporting colleagues across EMEA
Be able to inspire clients about specific projects as well as new products.
Enthusiasm for the creative opportunities afforded by audio and multimedia tours.
Passionate about culture and knowledgeable about new developments in interpretation in the museums and heritage sector; demonstrate experience of working in the museum and/or art history sector.
Native Italian language speaker plus fluency in English. Fluency in Spanish would be a significant benefit.
Desirable
Experience in developing or writing content for audio or multimedia projects;
Knowledge of audio and/or video editing software;
Experience in tender processes or initiating sales processes with clients

Travel within Italy to clients will be required and, in addition, there may be occasional travel within EuropeNext steps
